Bullet Bills are shot from Bill Blasters on the sides of the level, and run into each other in the middle of the screen, and as the elevator gets closer to the top of the first part of the level, Banzai Bills are shot from the right side. An Ice Flower can be found during this part of the level making avoiding the Bullet Bills more manageable. It can be controlled by tilting the Wii Remote left or right as it travels upward. The first part of this level contains a large platform similar to the Tilt Lift first seen in World 1-2 on a cloudy background. Star Coin 3: After emerging from the exit pipe leading to the hidden area, Mario must head to the left to find the third Star Coin in a small valley guarded by two Chain Chomps. This is the second-to-last fortress in New Super Mario Bros. The second Star Coin is floating above the third one. This pipe leads to a hidden area with several Water Balls. Star Coin 2: Near two ? Blocks and a brick is a green Warp Pipe partially concealed by clouds.Mario must free the nearest Chain Chomp while it is facing to the right to destroy the blocks and collect the Star Coin. Star Coin 1: Right before the Checkpoint Flag, the first Star Coin is blocked off by many bricks. The final section contains more Water Balls and Bill Blasters before Mario reaches the pole. There are then several Chain Chomps before more Water Balls Mario must use to cross over while avoiding Bullet Bills. Following three Chain Chomps, Mario reaches the Checkpoint Flag. After a Bill Blaster which rises out from below, Water Balls begin to move differently, with some containing coins. Mario must use the Water Ball to get up to a high surface, then use two more Water Balls to get across a gap. The middle ? Block contains a Super Mushroom. Mario begins the level near a Chain Chomp, three ? Blocks, two bricks, two coins, and a Water Ball.
